Mountain and partial Lake Tahoe views are featured from the rooftop terrace at 233 Clubhouse Circle. The third level features the master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a roof top deck available on the 3rd floor. On the second level is the living room with a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchens features a double french door refrigerator, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, flatware and glassware.

A BBQ is featured on the terrace. On the first floor, guests enter through a mud room with a washer and dryer on the same level. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. One room with two twin beds, a mirrored closet and an en suite bathroom is featured. Another room with a king bed, a mirrored closed and flat-screen cable TV is also on the first level. The Clubhouse features a heated seasonal swimming pool, a spacious year-round hot tub, 4 outdoor seasonal tennis courts, a children's playground, table tennis and a billiards table.
